Miller, (202)260-3202 The Environmental Protection Agency Office of Site Remediation Enforcement (OSRE) is requesting a proposal for a Sole Source, FFP, level-of-effort contract for research and retrieval/acquisition of the TES IV Enforcement Records. Jacobs Engineering has maintained the records under TES IV Contract #68-01-7351 since the end of the period of performance, 1/30/90. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Jacobs Engineering is the one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. (0173)
