(402)221-4266. The work will include the following: (Approx.
quantities) Revitalization of 45 (field grade) single family houses, 8
(senior officer) single family houses, and 10 (company grade)
townhouse units, constructed 1957-58, comparable to current
construction standards, including supporting infrasturcture. Scope of
work includes renovating selected kitchens, bath, and patios,
construction of 45 new single car garages. Replace heating, electrical,
information systems, windows, blinds, attic insulation and exterior
door finish hardware. Renovate walls and ceiling surfaces. Paint
interior and exterior. Abatement of asbestos and lead based paint is
required. Supporting facility work includes replacing sewer laterals,
and electrical distribution. Repair or replace sidewalks, driveways and
roads. The estimated construction cost of this project is between
$5,000,000 and $7,500,000. Contractor's Quality Control will be a
requirement in this contract. The Contractor will be required to
commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete the
work 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Provisions
will be included for liquidated damages in case of failure to complete
the work in the time allowed. Performance and payment bonds will be
required. Bid sets will be available on/a July 10, 1995. Half-size
plans and specifications will be furnished upon request. All requests
for solicitation packages should be made in writing no later than 14
days prior to bid opening. After such time, packages will be furnished
if supply is available. It has been determined that the number of sets
be limited to 1 (one) per firm (additional copies will be the
responsibility of the requestor). Please list street address (for

time during the solicitation, selection, selection evaluation,
