Finn, (509)662-4325 Solicitation is for clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, culvert, concrete curb placement, aggregate surfacing, furnishing and placing topsoil, seeding, planting, rock barriers, landscaping, sign installation and construction of kiosk. The project is located by going west from Wenatchee on U.S. 2 to Leavenworth. On the west side of Leavenworth turn south on the Icicle Road and go approximately 20 miles to the end of the pavement. Go 2.8 miles on the gravel portion of the road. The project begins on the south side of the road at the old rock pit site. Estimated start work date is 09/20/95 with 253 days contract time. Bonding is required. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. See Note Number 3. (0173)
