Offers are being solicited for a Design and Construct of a 36' wide x 80' long metal clad pole building on the Three Rivers Ranger District, Kootenai N.F., Lincoln County, MT. Site preparation work will include minor excavation, grading, and placement and compaction of crushed aggregate base material. This building is to be constructed with pole type framing, metal roof and walls. Floor is to be on existing asphalt pavement or crushed aggregate. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
