The action is divided into item 0001 and 0002. Funding is available for item 0001 while item 0002 is unfunded at this time. Item 0001 briefly consists of the following: a) Testing the system in place for the purpose of establishing an operational baseline. b) Disassembly. c) Packaging and crating-all to be performed at the Watertown Arsenal, Watertown, MA. d) Transportation to Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY all in accordance with the detailed specification. Item 0002 briefly consists of the following: a) Unpackaging of the X-Ray system. b) Assembly of the system on site. c) Provide and install new manipulator. d) Complete installation and testing of the X-Ray system at Watervliet Arsenal all in accordance with the detailed specification.
