Command intends to negotiate a Cost Plus Incentive Fee modification
under NAVAIR contract N00019-93-C-0153 with Lockheed Missiles and Space
Company, Inc., Lockheed Austin Operations (LAO), 6800 Burleson Road,
Austin, Texas 78744-1016 for the development of Advanced TOMAHAWK
Weapon Control System (ATWCS) software for a foreign military sales
(FMS) customer. The development will include all tasks necessary to
design, develop, integrate, test, deliver and support all of the
capabilities of the FMS customer software builds. The period of
performance will be approximately 29 months. The value of this effort
is not expected to exceed $20 million. Per the authority of Title 10
U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), this acquisition is limited to Lockheed based on the
''International Agreement'' exemption to full and open competition as
set forth under FAR 6.302-4. Parties interested in potential
