prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This
procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard
for which is 1000 employees. Firms are encouraged to seek source
approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by
submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's
Shopping List Procedures. These procedures may be obtained from the
Contracting Officer. No phone requests will be accepted. Request will
be accepted by FAX (314) 263-9012 or mail only. Justification for other
than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-l. Approved sources are:
General Electric, Lynn, MA; Numerical Precision, Wheeling, IL;
Equitable Engineering, Troy, MI; ACR Industries, Mc000b, MI; and Fiat
Aviazone Spa, Torino, Italy. All responsible sources may submit an
offer which will be considered. This requirement is currently unfunded.
Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. See
