Rotation of amature is clockwise. This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 25, known quantity of 122, and a maximum quantity of 135. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 200 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
