The offeror shall provide the following for approximately 1350 people: Facilities located in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, Maryland; A large, carpeted room with upholstered chairs and draped tables with 2 head tables, seating 20 people (10 each), from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m; Space to house a reception with a cash bar from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.; A podium and microphone for the dinner speaker in the banquet hall, and; A banquet dinner (a beef dish) complete with an appetizer, two vegetables, dessert, and beverage. --A firm fixed-price contract is contemplated.
