A -- NON CONTACT CONTAINER LEAK AND FILL DETECTION SYSTEM Contact Mr. David W. Loveless. Lockheed Idaho Technologies Company (LITCO), a Management and Operationg Contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE) at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL), is seeking partners to develop and then license and market an INEL invention which can remotely detect leaks and proper fill levels in sealed containers. This technology is patent pending but needs to be reduced to commercial application for the food process, chemical and household goods industries where proper fill and sealing are essential to safety, quality control and product liability.
