The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and respond to routine and emergency service calls on all overhead doors located in various buildings on Bolling AFB, DC. The procurement listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
