No collect calls will be accepted. 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to procure a Sole Source (Firm-Fixed Price) from Split-S Productions, for production (to include research, scripting, and producing) of 12 AFOSI training videos covering specialized mission-related subjects for instructional use by the USAF Special Investigations Academy, Bolling AFB, DC. All material and equipment used will become the property of AFOSI and the USAF upon completion. Any source responding to this synopsis must meet the following criteria: (a) Must have a thorough working knowledge of AFOSI, its mission and history; (b) Must have already done extensive research in to the history of the agency; (c) Must have compiled pictorial and written data concerning the history and mission of AFOSI; (d) Must be familiar with a select number of high profile, specific AFOSI investigations in counterintelligence, fraud and general criminal activity; (e) Must be thoroughly familiar with the existing video tape shot for the AFOSI documentary ''In the Shadows of History, The OSI Story''.
