The Library of Congress has a requirement for collating and preparing newspapers in Korean, Arabic, and Cyrillic and for microfilming the prepared issues. Work will be performed off site. Services required include packing and shipping issues to work site, collating, preparing collation records and targets, filming the prepared issues for production of 35mm master negative, negative and positive microfilm delivered in labeled boxes to the Library and periodic reports concerning work accomplished.
