Furnish, install, program and make operational and maintain one each new 93 trunk/923 stations CENTREX or equal, expansion to 100 trunk/1100 stations. Furnish, install and maintain required telephone instruments and wiring. Maintain 923 each, flush mounted modular telephone station jacks. The equipment provided shall be compatible for direct connection to the Commercial and Fort Sill Telephone Exchange. Interfacing shall be accomplished through contractor-funished equipment. Maintain a minimum of 10 new phones at switchboard for repair purposes. The proposed procurement is for a 12 month base period from 1 Oct 95, or date of award, whichever is later, to 30 Sep 96 with four one-year option periods. The estimated issue date for this project is 18 Jun 95. The Standard Industrial Classification Code applicable to this procurement is 4899. A firm is classified as small if the average annual receipt of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $7.5 million. A firm-fixed price is contemplated. A non-refundable fee of $15.00 will be charged for each bid package requested.
