904/283-2088. The subject project consists of furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and service required to perform all construction,
maintenance and restoration items included in contract documents and
defined in specific delivery order documents. This description serves
as general information only and is not intended to include or describe
every feature of work. The resultant firm-fixed price contract will be
an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic
year, or a part thereof, and two option years. The SIC Code for the
project is 1623. Delivery orders will be issued against the contract
for specific work. The guaranteed minimum contract amount is $25,000.
The maximum contract amount per year is an estimated $1,200,000.00. The
minimum delivery order amount is $10,000.00. The maximum delivery order
amount is $600,000.00. Work includes repair of base sanitary sewer and
storm water systems, including the replacement and relining of
existing lines, the repair of existing manholes and site work as
specified. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
This acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small
Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should
notify this office of their intent to bid on this project as a prime
contractor as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days from the
date of this notice. The notification must include (a) a positive
statement of eligibility as a SDB concern; (b) evidence of capacity to
obtain the required bonds; and (c) past performance data on projects
that demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity
and magnitude. Information on your financial status, i.e. letter from
banks, should also be submitted. If adequate interest is not received
from at least two SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued,
without further notice, on an unrestricted basis. Therefore, responses
are requested from all interested business concerns as well as SDB
