Modernization of the ATCT cab at Duluth International Airport, Duluth, MN consists of but is not limited to: 1)Remove existing and install new acoustical ceiling tiles on the existing grid, 2)Remove existing consoles, turrets, writing surfaces, and supervisor's desk, 3) Furnish and install Emcor parts for cab consoles, turrets and writing surfaces, with hardware, 4) Furnish and install customized consoles, and support for the D-Brite equipment, 5) Furnish and install supervisor's desk, 6)Furnish and install one track lighting fixture with three lightholders, 7) Furnish and install a sink to replace the existing water cooler, 8) Miscellaneous civil and electrical work as described in the drawings and specifications. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DoT Bonding Assitance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DoT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DoT Short Term Lending Progra (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximumline of credit is $500,000.
