Project is to construct an approximately 3600 sq. ft. new brick and metal studs housing management office complete with gyp-board interior partitions and vaulted ceiling with A/C and heating. Building will be covered with a standing metal roof. This project falls in the bidding range of $250,000 to $500,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days from notice-to-proceed. This project is being funded as advance contracting. The SIC code for this projejct is 1542. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid no later than 10 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform project of this complexity and magnitude. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
