Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and perform all operations necessary to provide exterior repairs and painting of 26 two story duplex units and 4 single family units, 3 garage structures, and one utility building within the HTA area, Langley AFB VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. SIC code is 1521. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns who wish to be one of the two respondents that cause the solicitation to be 100% set-aside for SDB concerns in accordance with Public Law and Federal Acquisition Regulations should, as early as possible, but NLT 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform, bonding capacity, financial assets or line of credit, affirmative statement requesting set-aside action, and a positive statement of eligibility as an SDB. Letters from sureties and banks attesting to capability are required and must be current and not dated any earlier than 90 days from the date of your response. Also, it is requested that any interest SDB concerns indicate whether they are bidding as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. All firms are requested to indicate if their interest is as prime, subcontractor or supplier.
