Z -- REPLACE/REPLACE SOL F09650-95-B-0083 DUE 081495 POC For copy, WR-ALC/PKOC, For additional information contact Angie Whitley/Pkocb/912-926-9506 The scope of the projects is as follows: Project UHHZ 890283: Replace the existing top cable operating system with a complete bottom drive, semiconcealed, linear wire rope, cable operated system including building anchors, electrical wiring, power and controls. Remove localized rust from interior side of hangar doors. Prime and paint entire interior door frames, braces and panels. Modify door leaves containing the pedestrian doors to remove the existing door threshold to provide uninterrupted passage of wheeled carts. Prime and paint both sides of new pedestrian doors and threshold. Replace the top guide roller assemblies and bottom door wheels with new. Replace all weatherstripping and keeper bars, tow eyes, rail wipers, operating switches and safety horns with new. Provide two center leaves with variable frequency drive motors and a control panel for opening and closing the doors. Provide a complete system of interlocks, limit switches and safety edges. Replace bottom rails, and realign and paint top guide tees. Provide lead paint abatement as required. Project UHHZ 920086: Provide new emergency lighting fixtures, panelboards, interruptible power supplies and branch circuits as indicated in Buildings 110 and 125 and demolish the existing emergency lighting systems. The cost range of the solicitation is $500,000 - $1,000,000 for Project UHHZ 890283 and $250,000 - $500,000 for Project UHHZ 920086. Cost for Solicitation - $19.00.
