Project consists of corrective repairs to existing hangar doors including door cladding and structural support frame, repair of overhead door track, repair of concrete adjacent to trench drains, replacement of trench drain covers, removal of rust and abatement of lead containing paint from doors and overhead track, installation of new personnel doors and hardware in specific hangar doors, painting of door surfaces and overhead track, and incidental related work. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 17 July 1995. Bid opening date of 17 August 1995 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. SIC Code is 1542. The related small business standard is $17,000,000. Period of performance is 240 calendar days from date of award. The resulting contract will be a lump sum firm fixed price contract.
