Work includes but is not limited to: removal of up to 10 each UST's, removal/replacement of up to 5 each oil/water separators, removal of up to 3 each heating oil tanks and replace with a gas service and equipment, and installing 4 each 12,000 gallon self contained above ground storage fuel tanks. These tanks currently contain or have in the past contained MOGAS, diesel fuel, waste oil, heating oil, or deicer fluid. All work to be in strict accordance with the specifications and Drawing No. 120-039 dated 21 Jul 94, reissued 2 May 1995 for Project VGLZ 929509, ``Replace Underground Storage Tanks'' at Selfridge ANG Base MI. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1542. Applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17M average annual revenue for the previous three years.
