Also, convert the existing central men's & women's bathrooms and existing armory to single occupancy rooms with toilets and upgrading of the existing BEQ rooms. There will be provisions for new: shower rooms in upgraded rooms, double-hung windows, carpet, ceramic tile, vinyl tile, corridor doors, painting, vinyl wall covering, acoustical ceilings, sewer line to an existing manhole, smoke barriers, electrical panels, smoke detectors, appliances, fire suppression system on both floors, a weather enclosure for the north stairway, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1522 and the small business size standard will be $17.0 million. Estimated cost range: $250,000 to $500,000. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern.
