located at Ellington Field, Houston, TX, has a requirement for two
special dry filter spray booths to be used for T-38 aircraft painting.
The booths shall reside side by side within an existing 50' by 100'
corrosion control facility. Dimensions of each booth shall be 32' -
inside width, 16' - inside height, 48' - working depth, and an overall
depth of 56'4''. In order to meet an overall depth of 56'4'', the
booths may extend out from the corrosion control facility. The front of
each booth shall have a weatherproof roll up door 24' wide X 16' high.
The booths shall include lighting equipment, air filtering system, and
exhaust system. The booths may be partially supported by the existing
structure which may be viewed by prospective offerors during a site
visit on July 20, 1995. The booths shall be delivered to Ellington
Field by September 29, 1995. In addition, the booths shall conform with
all OSHA and EPA regulations. The contract shall include one option to
assemble and install the booths, to be exercised by December 31, 1995.
This procurement is being conducted under the NASA JSC MidRange Test
Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April
16, 1993. The SIC is 3448 and the small business size standard is 500
employees. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
