of the originally publicized action in the CBD dated 06/09/95 is hereby
changed. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is
correct. This project shall consist of clearing, grubbing, removal of
overburden, excavation, crushing aggregate to the required gradation,
grading stockpile site, stockpiling aggregate at stockpile site and
restoration of the rock pit area. This is an indefinite quantity
contract. The Government shall order a minimum of 2,000 cubic yards of
crushed and stockpiled rock, and a maximum of 5,000 cubic yards of
crushed and stockpiled rock under this contract. Contract time: 45
calendar days. Work is to be performed for the Scott River Ranger
District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Date
for receipt of bids has not been established, but is estimated to be in
the early part of August, 1995. When calling, be prepared to state
name, address, and solicitation number. All responsible; sources may
