Swizewski, (215)697-9633 The FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure 1,700 soft-cover copies of the ''DIRECTORY OF GRADUATE PROGRAMS (4 volume set), 15th edition'' or equal. The author/publisher Educational Testing Services (ETS) or equal shall provide a quick reference for researching graduate programs available in the United States and Canada. Each volume shall be divided into related subject fields: Example - Volume A contains Natural Science information for interests in Agriculture, Chemistry, Computer and Information Sciences, Physics and Astronomy, Health and Medical Sciences and Biological Sciences. Each volume of the four volume set shall also provide information on admissions testing, admissions requirements, enrollment and faculty information, tuition and housing expenses, financial aid, institutional resources and addresses and programs offered. All institutions listed in the volumes are required to be accredited, or are approved candidates for accreditation by one of the regional accrediting associations recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation (CORPA). Delivery is required to the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Pensacola, FL by 30 September 1995. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered equally by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. The proposed solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 14 July 1995.
