The solicitation will revised to provide for multiple awards. The Government intends to award two cost plus award fee contracts for 70% (1,156,585 hours) and 30% (495,680 hours) of the estimated level of effort as a result of this solicitation. The Government will also hold a preproposal conference which will be announced at a later date for this solicitation. The solicitation and all associated documentation with the exception of blueprints will be accessible via the Internet through EPA's Public Access Server. Offerors who do not have electronic capability (i.e. unable to download or upload information from or to a DOS compatible computer disk) may pick up a hardcopy of the solicitation. Offerors must notify the Contracting Officer if they wish to have a hardcopy mailed to them. Otherwise it will be assumed that you have Internet capability. Once the solicitation has been issued copies, may be picked up from the Bid and Proposal Room, 3rd Floor, Fairchild Building, 499 South Capitol, Washington, DC. Note: The date listed in item 10 of this synopsis is only an estimated closing date. Offerors must refer to the solicitation for the actual closing date of the solicitation.
