Provide administrative support services to the Army Research Laboratory, Software & Intelligent Systems Division which is located on the campus of Georgia Institute of Technology. The AACC intends to award a sole source contract to Georgia Institute of Technology. Administrative support services will include library services, graphics reproduction, computer support tasks, conference facilities and workshops. Physical plant services will also be provided to include campus movement of office furniture, equipment and files. All interested parties shall respond in writing, giving complete and sufficient information to show capabilities to perform these services for the Army Research Laboratory and to permit review for conformance to agency's requirements. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. No solicitation document exists therefore, requests for such a document shall be considered invalid for the purpose of determining whether the respondent has a bona fide capability to meet the stated requirements. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended contractor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Contractors requesting a copy of the solicitation, without providing information about their capabilities to perform the administrative support services for ARL will not be considered when evaluating the feasibility of preparing a solicitation. However, all responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. No telephonic responses will be honored.
