The prospective contractor will provide expert guidance and assistance to the Department of Commerce, Director of the Asia-Pacific Technology Program (APTP) in implementing the goals and objectives PL 99-382 ''The Japanese Techncial Literature Act of 1986'', to improve the availability of Japanese engineering and scientific information in the United States. This effort requires highly technical expertise in the areas of manufacturing, materials, electronics, and construction technology. The period of performance for this requirement is one (1) year from contract award, with three (3) 1-year option periods.
