Solicitation: The work under this contract, a Combination Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity, shall consist of custodial services, including but not limited to, halls, rest rooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, gymnasium, exercise rooms, and saunas. The contract term shall be effective for a period of one (1) year with four (4) option periods commencing on the date of award or as determined by the Contracting Officer. The minimum guaranteed amount of the contract is the firm fixed price. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7349. The related Small Business Size Standard is 10 Million in average annual receipts for three preceding fiscal years.
