Services to prepare and publish an annual civilian enterprise directory, guide and map known as The Camp Lejeune/New River Welcome Aboard Book. The resultant contract, which is in support of the Consolidated Public Affairs Office, MCB, Camp LeJeune, NC, will be for a basic period of 01 November 1995, or date of award whichever is later, through 31 May 1996, with 4 option periods. The civilian enterprise guide shall be prepared and published at no cost to the Government, however, the Contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publication.
