First design priority goes to connecting a six (6) inch sewer line between the golf course club house and wye connection on the effluent system (force main at station 57 + 50, by Duffer Drive and Kinley Avenue). Lateral connection lines will run from the golf course club house to the golf course maintenance facility and new senior officer quarters. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1623. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17M. This is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. The acquisition method is a negotiated procurement. A technical and cost proposal will be required. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of firm that represents the best advantage to the Government. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications available on or about 5 Jul 95 at a cost of $10.00 for specifications (text only); $6.00 for half-size drawings and $12.00 for full-size drawings. Non-refundable.
