PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a single story steel framed structure complete with concrete footings and floor slabs; preformed metal and built-up roofing systems; steel stud and EIFS exterior walls; steel stud and wallboard interior partitions; medical and dental equipment; plumbing, medical gas and vacuum; fire extinguishing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, nurse call, intercom, fire alarm, and master antenna TV systems; and incidental related work, complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is approximately 690 calendar days.--This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
