PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to upgrade a water processing system inlcuding water metering station, above ground water storage tanks, renovation of existing storage tanks, pump stations, diesel engine driven emergency generators, related piping improvements, programmable logic controllers, instrumentation, demolition of elevated water storage tank, demolition and closure of existing wells, well rehabilitation and associated electrical work and site improvements. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1629 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is 365 days.
