The work includes the construction of an approximately 3100 square foot pre-engineered metal office building with metal roof and fascia, metal stud walls and brick veneer. The 110' x 160'' site is to be undercut, recompacted, shaped for drainage swales, sprinklers relocated, sidewalks, drainage added and solid sodded. Utility connections include power transformer, water, sewer and fire alarm. Interior finishes include carpet, vinyl tile, painted gypsum wallboard, vinyl wall covering, lay-in acoustical ceiling, countertop, manufactured vanity, toilet compartments and accessories are also included. Doors and windows are aluminum storefront, wood, hollow metal and include standard hardware. The building will have an HVAC system and a plumbing system. Electrical includes power receptacles, standard lay-in flourescent and parabolic troffers, fire alarm, telephone and LAN work, exit and emergency lights.
