The new center will be fully sprinklered. Work also includes demolition of the existing site work replacing with new paving,walks, lanscaping. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000.00-$5,000.00 The construction period is approximately 285 Calender days. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
