The minimum specifications sheet for this item may be obtained at the Housing Authority. The award of this purchase contract will be made to the lowest responsive bidder whose bid meets the minimum requirements of the specifications. Each bid is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ``Bid Specifications for Heat Pumps'' by the bid time and date. All bids must be returned to the Housing Authority by hand delivery or certified, return receipt requested.
