Z -- INSTALLATION OF STORM ALARM SYSTEM WITHIN THE CONFINES OF B301. SOL F25600-95-B0110 DUE 082495 POC Lt. Jeff Merchant, Contract Administrator, 402-294-4205. Project consists of installing a storm alarm system within the confines of B301 (both basement and upper floors). The system shall notify occupants of approaching hazardous weather and other phenomena. The system shall be activated by the base disaster preparedness office via telephone relays. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than COB 24 Jul 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1731 applies. The SDB size standard of $7 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered, please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expedite SDB verification and contract award. Please ensure that your certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount indicated by the project's magnitude. For joint ventures, please show bonding capacity of both companies individually. Provide specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. Please list past performance data such as contract amount, contract number, project description and project site with a point of contact.
