Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required to retrofit existing built-up or metal roofs with a standing seam metal or polyurethane roof system on various buildings at Nellis AFB NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $500,000 and $1 million with a performance period of 240 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1761 with a three year average annual small businesss size standard of $7 million. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns sould, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above written evidence of (1) a positive statement of eligiblity as a small, socially and economically disaadvantaged business concern; (2) capability to successfully perform 25% of the work with their own labor forces (include complete references of past performance for similar work that demonstrates the capacity to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude); and (3) bonding and financial capacity. Complete information concerning experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. Evaluation of the responses received will be based solely on the information received by the closing date. If adequate response is not received from sufficient SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as SDB concerns.
