Space and Missile Systems Center, Directorate of Operational Contracting, Construction Branch, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is seeking interested sources for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort to provide Replacement of Water Lines 82 HSG, Fort MacArthur Housing Annex, San Pedro, CA. Work consists of, but not limited to, replace underground, underslab, hot and cold water piping, and removal of sections of drywall at occupied and unoccupied quarters. All work shall be done in accordance with the Technical Specifications issued in each delivery order by the Contracting Officer, designating units and work to be performed. The initial requirement is for replacement of water lines (hot and cold) at Quarters 330 33rd Street. IFB F04693-95-B-0007 is expected to be issued on/or about 12 July 1995. Bid opening will be on/or about 11 August 1995. Estimated contract performance period for this IDIQ effort will be one (1) year.
