The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, but not later than 15 calendar days from the publication date of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, written evidence of capability to perform and a written Certification of Eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest and evidence is not received for SDB concerns, the solicitation will then be issued on an unrestricted basis to large and small business, without further notice.
