Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair the Boat Haulout crane beams and precast, prestressed concrete planks supporting the Station Pier Deck at Station Tillamook Bay. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of the existing steel crane beams under the crane rails in the Boat Haulout facility; demolition, retention and reinstallation of the existing Boat Haulout cranerails supported by the crane beams, with new connecting hardware as shown; furnishing and installation of new painted steel crane beams with new connection hardware as shown; repair of damaged and cracked precast, prestressed concrete pier deck planks and sidewalk; and providing new drain holes in the cores of all installed precast, prestressed concrete planks under the pier deck. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Performance period is 105 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1629.
