New wiring for (3) branch circuits from main panel to relay cabinet, control switch at control tower, regulators at volt rm etc. Provide (3) new 4KW regulators and connect with new circuit lines. Install #8 5000v cable underground, directly buried or in existing duct from control vault Rm to runway edge. Provide runway edge lights 1-861 T (104) and threshold light L-851 with isolation transformer and light bases. All light bases and transformers shall be lined down underground. Excavate, clean and finish concrete or sods as required. Test check and energize the complete installation. Remove existing pad lighting, fill the holes and pave the levels with existing surface. Remove and disconnect all existing wiring for pads (2) and hoover lane light circuits inside existing control tower. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition. The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 90 calendar days. Project funding is subject to availability of funds. All responsible sources may request a bid by submitting a non-refundable charge in the amount of $25.00.
