Z -- BASE PAVEMENTS, REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR BASEWIDE PAVING SOL F31601-95-B0039. DUE 310895. Contact TSgt Nelson R. Young III, 910-394-2826/ or John Howard, 910-394-6278, Contracting Officer. This requirements contract shall be awarded for the purpose of providing paving services as needed by Pope AFB, NC. Work orders for projects shall be issued through individual delivery orders. The services include asphalt and concrete pavements for roads, parking lots, sidewalks, aircraft pavements and other required pavements. Delivery orders may include new pavements, new roads and parking lots, repair/replacement of existing pavements, curb and gutter work, demolition, site work, surveying/design and development of new roads and parking lots, and other services as required to accomplish each project. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB). Interested SDB firms need to submit their interest not later than 17 July 95 and provide evidence of eligibility. If adequate interest is not received from SDB firms, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted; therefore, replies are requested from all business concerns. SDB eligibility evidence to include performance references, previous similar projects completed, and positive statement of eligibility as a socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, along with bonding capability.
