In general, the work will consist of converting existing wet pipe deluge sprinkler systems to dual activated preaction dry pipe fire protection sprinkler systems. Existing dry pipe systems shall also be upgraded and existing carbon dioxide deluge and halon fire protection systems shall be removed. Additionally, the work includes upgrading all existing fire alarm systems. Estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
