Work consists of: Construction of approximately two (2) miles of 8'' high pressure gas line from its connection to the City of Colorado Springs' meter, (located north of the Academy Blvd. off ramp to ``B Street''), to the tee on the regulator in the pit just south of Prussman Blvd. To provide a useable and complete utility. Construction shall include the removal of approximately the same amount of old existing gas line. This acquisition is being considered as a total Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) set-aside. However, if adequate interest is not shown by SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
