The wind generator system will include control equipment, switchgear, control buildings, high voltage power delivery transmission lines, and will provide low cost, renewable electrical power at Kaena Point on Oahu, Hawaii. The proposed contract is a 100-percent small and disadvantaged business set-aside. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1 to $5 Million. Solicitation to be issued O/A July 11, 1995.
