On the 2nd floor, renovate an existing toilet/shower room for access from the adjacent bedroom. On the third floor, renovate a tub room and a storage room for toilet/shower rooms wtih access to adjacent bedrooms, modify another storage room for a toilet, modify one toilet room for access from the corridor, renovate dayrooms for additional office and multi-use space, revise nurse stations to enlarge the medication rooms, and upgrade the appearance of the dining room. On the fourth floor, existing bedrooms, dining room and office space shall be renovated for health information management section. Additional work shall include wood doors, welded steel frames, builders hardware, lath and plaster, gypsum board systems, accoustical ceiling systems, resilient tile flooring, carpet, molded plastic casework, paint and modifications of the existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. All work shall be in accordance with drawings and specifications and shall be accomplished within 100 calendar days. Bid acceptance time, 120 calendar days. Forty (40) sets of specs and drawings will be available to prime contractors only on a first come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted.
