UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries (FPI), anticipates entering into a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract for various upholstery foam. The requirement consists of various foam types, shapes, sizes and quantities. This solicitation will result in a five (5) year contract with an Economic Price Adjustment. The minimum guaranteed over the five year period is a combined total of 701,596.; the maximum amount over the five year period is a combined total of 1,169,316. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to USP Allenwood, PA. Delivery will be required 30 days after receipt of each individual delivery orders. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the low responsive bid submitted by a responsible bidder. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
