The U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Survivability/Lethality Analysis Directorate, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement for an estimated maximum of 360,000 lbs of Type 1 Synthetic Graphite Powder in accordance with Specification No. EA-G-1651 with Amendment 1. A firm-fixed-price requirements type contract is anticipated. The period of performance is for a one year basic contract with two one-year options. The Government is not obligated to purchase a minimum amount of graphite under the contract. F.O.B. Destination. Delivery shall be 30 days after issuance of each individual delivery order to various locations which will be listed in the solicitation.
