99 -- REFECTIVE SHEETING SOL 1PI-B-1542-95 DUE 081794 POC Contract Specialist, CALABRO, ALICE, 202/508-3900 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a fixed price requirements type contract. The contract will have a base year. The items to be supplied under this contract will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. Delivery orders will be issued by and delivery will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Worth, Texas. Upon formal notice of the contract award, delivery for items after receipt of an order will be ten (10) days. Prices submitted will be FOB Destination to Fort Worth, Texas. The items being procured are various sizes and colors and quantities of reflective sheeting, adhesive class-1, pressure sensitive reflectivity RFL-1. Non- reflective sheeting; adhesive class-1, pressure sensitive non- reflective cast. Engineer grade; these items shall be in accordance with Federal specifications LS-300 C. Material to be tested according to industrial tape tests for adhesion of ultra violet inks to surface of material. Tape test shall be of the cross-hatch method and conducted at Unicor, Fort Worth, Texas. Bid samples will be sent to Unicor, Fort Worth prior to bid opening to be tested.
